We strive to get your vehicle back to you as soon as we can. The actual time will vary based on the problem but we will do our best to give you an exact time estimate when you speak with us.
What will it cost me?
Cost is determined only after we find out what the problem is. You will be contacted prior to the work being done to be given the cost and time expectations.
If I bring in my own parts, will you put them on?
No. We do not install parts that were purchased elsewhere.
Do you work on transmission?
Yes and No, we can service them, fix leaks, diagnose problems with them and even replace them but we don’t rebuild them.
Do you have a warranty on your work?
Yes, most repairs have a 12 month/12,000 mile warranty.
Will you preorder parts before I arrive?
Sure, on some parts, that take some time to get, we will be happy to pre-order, but we do require full payment for the parts up front first before ordering.
Do you do state inspections?
We are not a state inspection site but we do make repairs and make sure that you vehicle will pass the state inspection requirements.
Do you have a shuttle service?
We do have the ability to shuttle you within 10 miles from our shop. Let us know where you need to go when you call and we will let you know if there is a problem.
We are now using a rideshare company called RedCap. They are linked with Uber and will be able to give rides to and from our location. The fees will be included in the repair tickets at the shop.
Do you do tires?
No, But we do highly recommend Treadz Unlimited for Tire work. They are located just behind our shop. Give them a call 936-718-0571 if you would like a quote.
